What formats can you convert?
VHS, VHS-C, MiniDV, Hi8/8mm, and film reels (8mm, Super 8, 16mm). We also handle DVDs for file conversion. Plus printed photos and albums, 35mm slides, and audio: cassettes, reel-to-reel, records, and 8-tracks.
How do I get my videos back?
Your memories come back to you on a thumb drive, a cloud download link, or a DVD, whichever works best for your family. Because we're local, you pick up your finished files and all of your original tapes, reels, and photos in person, right here in Orlando. No shipping, no mail-in wait, and nothing gets lost in transit.
How long does it take?
Most orders are ready in a couple of days. Larger collections may take a little longer, and we'll give you a clear timeframe when you drop off. Because we're local, there's no mail-in wait and no rush fees.
Do you clean or repair old tapes/film?
Yes—gentle cleaning, scene checks, and basic fixes (like film splice repair) are included. Heavier restoration is available by quote.
How does pricing work?
Simple and honest: no per-foot pricing, no minimum order, and no gimmicks. We price by item, and if you bring a larger collection, ask about our bulk pricing. If a tape turns out to be blank, you don't pay for it. Call (321) 578-3312 for a quote on your collection.
What file format do I get, and will it play on my TV/computer?
Videos come back as MP4 files, which play on almost anything: smartphones, tablets, computers, and smart TVs (just plug in the thumb drive). Photos and slides come back as high-resolution JPEGs, and audio as MP3s. If you'd rather play them on a CD or DVD player, we can transfer them to those as well.
